Hi everyone, I going to show how we can install the first Domain Controller in Windows Server 2008 R2
Procedure
1. Set a manual IP address
2. Start > Run > Type DCpromo
3. Select the advanced mode installation
4. Read the Operating System Compatibility advisor
5. Select Create a new domain in a new forest option
6. type the FQDN of the Domain (technet.lab)
7. Verify the NetBIOS name (Technet)
8. Select the Forest Functional Level
9. Select Windows Server 2008 R2 forest functional level
10. Select the DNS Server to install this component
11. Click on YES 
12. Select the database and log folder path
13. Type the Directory Services Restore Mode Administrator Password
14. Verify the summary
15. Begging the process
16. Finish the Wizard
17. Restart the server
18. After restart the server you must logon with domain credentials
19. Verify the AD DS tools
